#### 61N Report under section 61 Subject to section 61P, if a copy of a report under subsection 61(1) purports to be certified by APRA as a true copy of such a report, the copy is admissible in a proceeding (other than a criminal proceeding) as prima facie evidence of any facts or matters that the report states an investigator to have found to exist.
