#### 16AM Recovery of overpayments The regulations may make provision for and in relation to the recovery by APRA of the excess of an amount paid to, or applied for the benefit of, an account‑holder purportedly to meet an entitlement of the account‑holder under Subdivision C over the account‑holder’s entitlement (if any) under that Subdivision.
