APRA’s functions include: (a) meeting entitlements under Subdivision C; and (b) preparing, and assisting the Minister to prepare, for the application of that Subdivision in relation to ADIs; and (c) meeting APRA’s other obligations under this Division and the regulations made for the purposes of this Division.
