#### 37 Giving of notice of objection to confirmation of forfeiture order 37 Giving of notice of objection to confirmation of forfeiture order > > (1) The way in which the Local Court must give the notice of an objection required by the Act, Schedule 2, clause 5 to the appropriate State authority is by written notice sent to the authority. > > > (2) The written notice must— > > > > > (a) if a date has been fixed for the hearing of the objection—set out the date, and > > > > > (b) be accompanied by a copy of the objection as filed in the court.
