#### 12 Record of reasons for decision 12 Record of reasons for decision > > (1) A police officer who makes a bail decision must ensure the record of reasons for the decision is made in the approved form and endorsed in the approved way. > > > (2) The police officer must ensure the endorsed form, or a copy of the form, is immediately sent to the court before which the accused person is required to appear. > > > (3) If a bail decision is made in relation to more than one offence, the reasons for the refusal of bail may be recorded on one form.
