21 Enforcement of orders for forfeiture of money deposited, &c.
[Section 21 Substituted by No. 20 of 2013, s. 14, Applied:20 Jun 2013] An amount or part of an amount ordered to be forfeited under section 19(1)(a) or 20 is taken to be a fine imposed by the Court that may be referred to the Director, Monetary Penalties Enforcement Services for collection and enforcement.
