12 Power of judge or justice to issue warrant for arrest
[Section 12 Substituted by No. 20 of 2013, s. 12, Applied:20 Jun 2013] A judge of the Court of Criminal Appeal or the Supreme Court or a justice may issue a warrant for the arrest of a person admitted to bail who fails to appear at a court –
(a) in accordance with the order for bail; or
(b) pursuant to a requirement specified in written advice given to that person in accordance with section 7(3A) .
