32 Acceptable people and security for bail
(1) A court or authorised officer imposing a condition on bail may
decide—
(a) the person, people or class of people who are acceptable people
for a condition mentioned in section 25 (1) (b) or (c); and
(b) the number of people required for the condition; and
(c) the security acceptable for a condition mentioned in
section 25 (1) (b) (ii).
(2) If a decision has not been made when the undertaking to appear is
given, the court or person to whom the undertaking to appear is given
may decide.
(3) Without limiting subsections (1) and (2), an acceptable person for a
condition includes an entity prescribed by regulation for this
subsection.
