53Regulations

53 Regulations (1) The Administrator may make regulations under this Act. (2) The Regulations may provide for any of the following: (a) facilities to be provided to enable the making of communications referred to in section 16(2)(b); (b) the procedures to be followed where an application is made, under section 33(4), to the Local Court, by telephone, telex, radio or similar facility; Bail Act 1982 51 (c) the release of accused persons from any place of custody consequent upon the grant of bail or upon the requirement for bail being dispensed with; (d) warrants and summonses issued under this Act; (e) the fees to be demanded and taken in relation to any matter connected with this Act; (f) the forms to be used for this Act.
