51 Provisions as to warrants or summonses Subject to the Regulations, the provisions of the Local Court (Criminal Procedure) Act 1928 apply, with the necessary adaptations, to and in relation to a warrant or summons issued or to be issued under this Act in the same way as they apply to and in relation to a warrant or summons of a corresponding kind issued or to be issued under that Act.
