46 Civil standard of proof for certain purposes Where an authorised member or a court, in making a decision in relation to bail (other than a decision in proceedings for an offence committed in connection with bail) is to be or may be satisfied as to any matter, it is sufficient if the authorised member or the court is satisfied on the balance of probabilities.
