37 Right of accused to apply for bail Subject to section 36A, this Part does not limit the right of an accused person in custody to apply for bail, and the accused person may so apply for bail even if that the power to review a decision already made in relation to the grant of bail to the accused person has not been, or has not been sought to be, exercised under this Part.
