35 Review by Supreme Court (1) Subject to this Act, the Supreme Court may review a decision of the Local Court or of the Supreme Court (however constituted) in relation to bail.
Bail Act 1982 37 (2) The power to review a decision pursuant to this section may be exercised whether or not power to do so under section 34 has been, or has been sought to be, exercised.
