29 Entry into agreement Except as prescribed by the Regulations, where an authorised member or a court imposes a bail condition under section 27 that requires: (a) the entering into of an agreement – the agreement may be entered into with; or (b) the making of an acknowledgment – the acknowledgement may be made to; or (c) the depositing of security or an amount of – the deposit may be made with; the court or person to whom the bail undertaking is given.
