26 Persons to whom bail undertaking may be given A bail undertaking may be given to: (a) a court; or (b) an authorised member; or (c) a registrar of the Local Court; or (d) the sheriff or a deputy sheriff; or (e) the Commissioner of Correctional Services; or (f) the CEO (Youth Justice).
