17 Bail in respect of several offences Where a person is charged with 2 or more offences at the same time: (a) an authorised member considering whether to grant bail to the person must decide, at the same time, whether to grant, or refuse to grant, bail to the person in respect of all the charges; and (b) an application may be made for bail in respect of all the charges, but not otherwise; and (c) any bail that is granted to the person must be granted in respect of all the charges and separate undertakings must not be required in respect of each charge.
