8B Refusal of bail—offence involving serious injury—uncertainty as to death or recovery (1) This section applies in relation to an application for bail made by or on behalf of a person accused of an offence of causing injury to another person. (2) A bail decision maker may refuse bail if at the time of deciding the application it is uncertain whether the person injured will die or recover from the injury.
