10B Informant must bring person to court if bail justice prohibited from granting bail (1) This section applies if a bail justice is prohibited by section 10A(5AA), 13, 13AA or 13A from granting bail to a person. Section 10A(5AAB) requires that the bail justice must refuse to consider whether to grant or refuse bail in these circumstances.
