#### 82 Law enforcement officers Each of the following who is on duty at a security controlled airport is a law enforcement officer: (a) a member of: (i) the Australian Federal Police; or (ii) the police force of a State or a Territory; (b) a protective service officer (within the meaning of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979); (c) a special protective service officer (within the meaning of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979) who has the same powers as a protective service officer.
