25A Cancelling for failure to provide statement of compliance
If: (a) a transport security program for an aviation industry participant is in force; and (b) the participant fails to give the Secretary a statement of compliance for the program in accordance with section 26AB; the Secretary may, by written notice given to the participant, cancel the approval of the program.
