#### 122 Notice of enforcement orders (1) As soon as practicable after making or reviewing an enforcement order, the Secretary must cause the aviation industry participant named in the order to be informed of the making of the order, or the decision on the review, as the case requires. (2) Failure to comply with this section does not affect the validity of the order.
