#### 10AA Meaning of operational interference with aviation (1) For the purposes of this Act, operational interference with aviation means: (a) committing, or attempting to commit, an act that results in a relevant interference with the operation of an aviation industry participant; or (b) committing, or attempting to commit, an act that results in a relevant interference with an aviation asset; or (c) the occurrence of a hazard that results in a relevant interference with the operation of an aviation industry participant; or (d) the occurrence of a hazard that results in a relevant interference with an aviation asset. (2) However, operational interference with aviation does not include any of the following: (a) unlawful interference with aviation; (b) lawful advocacy, protest, dissent or industrial action.
