6 Serious corruption
Designated persons and entities (1) For the purposes of paragraph 6A(5)(a) of the Regulations, each person or entity specified in an item of a table in clause 1 or 2 of Schedule 2 is designated as a designated person or entity. Declared persons (2) For the purposes of paragraph 6A(5)(b) of the Regulations, each person specified in an item of the table in clause 1 of Schedule 2 is declared for the purpose of preventing the person from travelling to, entering or remaining in Australia.
