5 Serious violations or serious abuses of human rights
Designated persons and entities (1) For the purposes of paragraph 6A(4)(a) of the Regulations, each person or entity specified in an item of a table in clause 1 or 2 of Schedule 1 is designated as a designated person or entity. Declared persons (2) For the purposes of paragraph 6A(4)(b) of the Regulations, each person specified in an item of the table in clause 1 of Schedule 1 is declared for the purpose of preventing the person from travelling to, entering or remaining in Australia.
