4 Designated and Declared Persons and Designated Entities

Each person mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is a designated person for Syria pursuant to paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.
Each person mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is a declared person pursuant to paragraph 6(1)(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.
Each person mentioned in an item in Schedule 2 is a designated person for Syria pursuant to paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011 and is a designated person pursuant to paragraph 6(2)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.
Each person mentioned in an item in Schedule 2 is a declared person pursuant to paragraph 6(1)(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011 and is a declared person pursuant to paragraph 6(2)(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.
