5 Continuation of effect of designations and declarations on and after date of making of the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons—Libya) Amendment (Continuation of Effect) Instrument 2020

(1) The designation, under paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 1 to 5, 7 to 9, 12 to 17 and 19 to 21 in Part 1 of Schedule 1 continues to have effect. (2) The declaration, under paragraph 6(1)(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 1 to 5, 7 to 9, 12 to 17 and 19 to 21 in Part 1 of Schedule 1 continues to have effect. (3) The designation, under paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the entities mentioned in items 1 to 6 and 8 and 9 in Part 2 of Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
