5 Continuation of effect of designations and declarations on and after date of making of the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated and Declared Persons—Former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) Amendment (Continuation of Effect) Instrument 2020

(1) The designation, under paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 1 to 38, 40 to 48, 50 to 66 and 68 to 111 in Schedule 1 continues to have effect. (2) The declaration, under paragraph 6(1)(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 1 to 38, 40 to 48, 50 to 66 and 68 to 111 in Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
