3 Designated and Declared Persons
(1) For paragraph 6(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, each person mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is a designated person or entity for the former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. (2) For paragraph 6(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, each person mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is a declared person for the former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
