#### 18 CEO of Commonwealth entity may give information or document on request by CEO of designated Commonwealth entity (1) The CEO (the designated CEO) of a designated Commonwealth entity may request the CEO (the requested CEO) of a Commonwealth entity to give the designated CEO specified information or documents for a purpose directly related to the administration of a sanction law. (2) The requested CEO may comply with the request, despite any other law of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory.
