5.1 Particulars to be included in business plan etc
(1) For regulation 6.7, an ATS participant must set out in the participant’s business plan and any update of the business plan, information detailing relevant issues against the reporting criteria set out in Schedule 1. (2) Information referred to in subsection (1) may be included in the Department’s annual report of progress towards achieving economic sustainability of the Australian automotive industry.
