28Delegation

#### 28 Delegation (1) The Minister may, by written instrument, delegate to the Secretary all or any of the Minister’s powers under the Automotive Transformation Scheme. (2) The Secretary may, by written instrument, delegate to an SES employee in the Department all or any of the Secretary’s powers under the Scheme. (3) If a power of a prescribed kind is delegated to the Secretary under subsection (1), the Secretary may, by written instrument, delegate that power to an SES employee in the Department. (4) In exercising powers under a delegation under subsection (1) or (3), the delegate must comply with any directions of the Minister. (5) In exercising powers under a delegation under subsection (2), the delegate must comply with any directions of the Secretary.
