#### 19 Copy of warrant to be shown to occupier etc. (1) If the occupier of the premises, or another person who apparently represents the occupier, is present at the premises, the authorised officer executing the monitoring warrant or an assisting officer must make a copy of the warrant available to the person. (2) The authorised officer must identify himself or herself to the person at the premises. (3) The copy of the monitoring warrant need not include the signature of the magistrate who issued it.
