26B Eligible company
(1) Where a company satisfies the Authority that the company intends to engage in the manufacture of eligible products in Australia, the Authority may, by resolution, declare that company to be an eligible company for the purposes of this Act. (2) Where, within the period of 12 months commencing on the day on which a declaration under this section in respect of a company came into force, that company did not enter into a grant agreement, the Authority may, by resolution, revoke that declaration.
