I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Student Assistance Act 1973.

1 Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the AUSTUDY Repeal Regulations 2003.

2 Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 AUSTUDY Regulations — repeal

The following Statutory Rules are repealed:

 1991 No. 480

 1992 Nos. 24 and 399

 1993 No. 367

 1994 Nos. 13, 91 and 409

 1995 No. 132

 1996 Nos. 21, 245, 246, 261 and 275

 1997 Nos. 83, 159, 187, 302, 323, 341 and 373

 1998 Nos. 33, 71, 86 and 132.
