##### 9 Subsequent corporate plans
(1) In each calendar year beginning on or after 1 January 1995, the Organisation must prepare a corporate plan for the period of 5 years beginning on 1 July in that year.
(2) The plan must be given to the Minister before 1 June in the calendar year.
