75Remuneration and allowances

##### 75 Remuneration and allowances (1) This section applies to the following persons: (a) members appointed by the Minister; (b) members of committees established under this Act. (2) A person to whom this section applies is to be paid such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal but, if no determination of that remuneration by the Tribunal is in operation, the person is to be paid such remuneration as is prescribed. (3) A person referred to in paragraph (1)(a) or (b) is to be paid such allowances as the Organisation determines. (4) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
