73Committees

##### 73 Committees (1) The Organisation may establish committees to assist it in the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers. (2) A committee may include, or consist wholly of, persons who are not members of the Organisation. (3) The Organisation may give a committee such directions as it thinks fit, including directions regarding: (a) the manner in which the committee is to carry out its functions; and (b) the procedure to be followed in relation to the convening and conduct of meetings of the committee; and (c) the number of members of the committee who are to constitute a quorum at a meeting of the committee.
