70 Delegation
(1) The Organisation may delegate all or any of its powers under this Act (except its powers under paragraph 42(3)(a)) to any person or body. (2) A delegation must be under the common seal of the Organisation. (3) In the exercise of a delegated power, the delegate is subject to the directions of the Organisation.
