##### 56 Use of Fund money (1) Money in the Fund may be used only: (a) for the purpose of meeting costs incurred by the Organisation in performing its functions relating to research and development; and (b) for the repayment of money borrowed by the Organisation for purposes related to the performance of its functions relating to research and development; and (c) for the purpose of making payment to the Commonwealth under subsection 57(1). (2) Subsection (1) does not prevent the investment under section 19 of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 of money in the Fund that is not immediately required for the purposes of the Organisation.
