37Constitution of selection committee

##### 37 Constitution of selection committee (1) For the purpose of making an appointment of a member or members referred to in paragraph 28(1)(d), the Minister must constitute a selection committee. (2) A selection committee is to consist of: (a) a presiding member; and (b) 3 other members, of whom one is nominated by the Wool Council of Australia; appointed by the Minister in writing. (3) The members of a selection committee are to hold their appointments on such terms and conditions as the Minister determines.
