##### 25 Conduct of annual general meetings (1) The only persons entitled to attend an annual general meeting are: (a) the members; and (b) wool‑tax payers who have given notice that they wish to attend or their proxies; and (c) persons invited by the Chairperson to attend the meeting. (2) Subject to section 24, the Chairperson must preside at an annual general meeting at which he or she is present. (3) Only wool‑tax payers are entitled to vote on any question arising at an annual general meeting. (4) The Organisation must keep a record of the proceedings of an annual general meeting.
