22Notice of annual general meeting

##### 22 Notice of annual general meeting (1) The Organisation must convene an annual general meeting by publishing notice of the meeting not less than the prescribed number of days before the day on which the meeting is to be held. (2) The notice of an annual general meeting must: (a) specify the day, time and place of the meeting; and (b) be published in a newspaper circulating throughout Australia. (3) In addition to publishing the notice in accordance with subsection (1), the Organisation may: (a) cause the notice to be published in any newspaper the Organisation thinks appropriate; and (b) give copies of the notice to such industry bodies as it thinks appropriate; and (c) cause particulars of the annual general meeting to be made public in any other way, and at any time, the Organisation thinks appropriate.
