##### 15 Variation at Minister’s request (1) The Minister may give the Organisation a written request that it vary a corporate plan in the manner set out in the request. (2) A request must include a statement of the reasons for the request. (3) The Organisation must consider the request and: (a) prepare a written proposal for such variations of the plan as the Organisation thinks appropriate; and (b) give the proposal to the Minister. (4) The Minister may, in writing, approve the proposal or reject it.
