##### 14 Variation at instance of Organisation (1) If the Organisation wishes to vary a corporate plan, it must prepare a written proposal for the variation and give the Minister: (a) a copy of the proposal; and (b) a statement of the Organisation’s reasons for the proposal. (2) After considering a proposal and the reasons for the proposal, the Minister may, in writing, approve the proposed variation or refuse to approve it. (3) The Organisation may make a variation of a minor nature to a corporate plan without the approval of the Minister.
