27 Staff
(1) Subject to section 28, the staff of the Memorial shall be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999. (2) For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999: (a) the Director and the APS employees assisting the Director together constitute a Statutory Agency; and (b) the Director is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
