31 Duties
(1) The Managing Director shall conduct the affairs of the Commission. (2) The Managing Director shall act in accordance with any policies determined by, and any directions given by, the Board. (3) All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Commission by the Managing Director shall be deemed to have been done by the Commission.
