18 Leave of absence
(1) The Minister may grant leave of absence to a part‑time Chairperson on such terms and conditions as the Minister considers appropriate. (2) The Chairperson may grant leave of absence to another appointed member on such terms and conditions as the Chairperson considers appropriate. (3) A full‑time Chairperson has such recreation leave entitlements as are determined by the Remuneration Tribunal. (4) The Minister may grant a full‑time Chairperson leave of absence, other than recreation leave, on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Minister determines.
