15 Minister’s power if amount repayable
The Minister may make a determination reducing an amount that is authorised to be paid under this Act to the other party to a Part 2 agreement if: (a) under a condition of the agreement the Minister determines that the other party is to pay an amount to the Commonwealth; and (b) all or part of that amount remains unpaid. The amount of the reduction must not be more than the amount unpaid.
