68Voting at meetings

68 Voting at meetings (1) Each ASDMAC member present and voting at a meeting of the ASDMAC (including the member chairing the meeting) has a single vote. (2) Each question arising at a meeting of the ASDMAC must be decided by a majority of the votes of the ASDMAC members present and voting. (3) If the votes on a question to be decided are equal, the ASDMAC member chairing the meeting may decide the question. > Note An ASDMAC member may be allowed to participate in a meeting by telephone etc (see r 69).
