37 Notice about competitors’ rights etc — request for sample (1) This regulation applies if the Agency asks a competitor for a sample. (2) As soon as practicable after the Agency asks the competitor for the sample, the Agency must give the competitor notice of the possible consequences of failing to comply with a request by the Agency to provide a sample. (3) The Agency may give the notice orally or in writing.
